LOS ANGELES, CA -- October 1, 2007 - Adknowledge traffic in the debt consolidation services category climbed more than 600 percent in September 2007 compared to a year ago, the largest advertising category increase so far this year. Bad credit loans and loan refinancing are other categories to jump over 500 percent.
“Our current advertising trends show that consumers are more worried about their debt than in the past,” said Rick Ramos, Vice President of Marketing at Adknowledge. “They seem to be highly interested in solutions to consolidate or refinance their current debt. Surprisingly, there has not been any significant increase in consumers looking for information on bankruptcy services. In the past, we’ve seen a direct correlation with these advertising categories.”
Other advertising categories to see a significant increase within the last year are insurance, online dating and career information.
